Terms & Conditions
- You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at ellenhassondance@gmail.com
- You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address.
- Fees are pro rata and split evenly over regular monthly payments which are taken on the 1st of every month.
- Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
- Ellen Hasson Dance does not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
- If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Ellen Hasson Dance will offer a make-up session to all students.
- Dancers must wear suitable clothing for classes such as a t-shirt and leggings, If attending Ballet students should wear full sole leather Ballet Shoes and a Leotard. School uniform and Jeans are NOT permitted for dance class.
- No mobile phones (we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal items while in class)
- Parents must give 2 weeks notice if they wish to cancel their monthly subscription, if you let us know by the 15th of the Month we will endeavour to cancel your rolling payment for the following month.
- Ellen Hasson Dance reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour..
